How do you charge for your mediation services?

Mediation is charged as a daily fee which includes:

  • briefings with the referer on set up arrangements
  • mediation with the parties
  • any written agreed outcomes with the parties
  • short organisational report
  • subsequent agreed follow up with the parties

plus nominal travelling expenses for non local businesses

Is mediation a formal process?

No mediation is informal, parties are encouraged to meet with a mediator if they are experiencing relationship difficulties with colleague(s).  It is encouraged as a consideration before the instigation of any formal process.

Is mediation confidential?

Yes mediation is confidential between the parties and the mediator.  All participants will be asked to sign a liability and confidentiality agreement before the commencement of the mediation so that everyone participates on the same basis.

How successful is mediation?

There is an 80% chance of improving relationships with colleagues. 


Mediation is recommended by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Advisory Concilliation Arbitration Service (ACAS) and the CBI.
